How Zoru handles your data
Full export
Every table as a workbook, with seven-day download links to your files, whenever an admin asks.
Deletion with a receipt
An admin asks for deletion. After a 30-day grace period Zoru carries it out and emails you a receipt.
Tamper-evident history
Changes to entries, sites, targets and team are time-stamped in a history admins can view and export.
Roles and access
Limit editors to their own sites. Role changes are logged.
Approved means locked
Approved report versions are numbered and can't be changed.
AI without training
Zoru uses Anthropic's Claude models with its own instructions and trains none.

Which AI does Zoru use, and is it trained on our data?
Zoru uses Anthropic's Claude models with its own instructions. Zoru does not train AI models.
Who can change our figures?
The people you give access to, and Zoru staff when they help with your account (their changes are logged as theirs). Editors can be limited to their own sites, every role change is logged, and edits to entries are kept in a tamper-evident history.
