How do I pay?

By card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link, through Stripe.

Can I switch between monthly and annual, or cancel?

Yes. An admin can switch, cancel and see every invoice in the customer portal, from your account. If you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the period you've paid for, and your billing page shows the date your plan ends.

What happens to my data if I leave?

An admin can export every table as a workbook at any time, with seven-day download links to your files. You can then ask for deletion: after a 30-day grace period Zoru deletes your data and emails you a receipt.

Are there limits on users, sites or suppliers?

No. Every paid account has unlimited users and sites, and there are no per-supplier fees.
