Is there more than one plan?
No. Zoru has one plan with full access to every feature: £300 a month, or £3,000 a year if you pay annually. There are no tiers, add-ons or per-supplier charges.
Do prices include VAT?
No. All prices are shown excluding VAT, which is added to your invoice at the applicable rate.
How much do I save by paying annually?
Paying annually costs £3,000 a year instead of £3,600 (12 × £300), a saving of £600.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and direct debit via GoCardless. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
When you cancel your subscription, you retain access to the Services until the end of your current billing period. After that, you have a 30-day export period during which you can download all your data in standard formats (CSV, PDF). After the export period, your data is permanently deleted from our systems within 90 days.
Do you support multiple locations?
Yes. Unlimited locations are included, so you can track emissions across all your sites, offices, warehouses, and facilities. Each location can have its own emission sources, energy data, and reporting.
What are the AI carbon reduction plans?
Every Zoru account includes AI-generated carbon reduction plans at no extra cost. Our carbon intelligence engine analyses your complete emissions profile — across Scope 1, 2, and 3 — and generates a prioritised list of actions ranked by potential emissions savings and cost-effectiveness. Plans update dynamically as your carbon accounting data changes, giving you an always-current roadmap to net zero.
How does supplier outreach work?
When you add suppliers to Zoru, we automatically enrol them in an outreach funnel. Each supplier receives a free Zoru account with a simplified data collection form tailored to their industry — they only see the fields relevant to their operations, not a generic carbon accounting questionnaire. When they submit their data, it flows directly into your Scope 3 emissions calculations. Automated reminders and cooperation scoring keep response rates high without manual effort from your team.
